The goal is always to represent the clients' hopes and wants for their space. Walk through floor plans with the architect and engineer, and advise any changes or additions if seen fit, as well as reconfigure any door lighting or window schedules if necessary.
Inspiration Boards
Vision boards help clients visually understand the design concept for their project, and make sure ideas and thoughts are mutually understood to guide all parties involved smoothly through the process.
top to bottom Design
Choose all exterior and interior material including brick, windows, lighting, hardware, fixtures, flooring, plumbing, appliances, paint, textures, tile, cabinetry and locations. Clients are walked through the design process with vendors, then contractors are directed during the install process.
Install Management
Onsite throughout the entire project to make sure all materials are installed correctly, working closely with the builder to create a smooth process for both the contractor and client.
MULTIFAMILY DESIGN
Each space is created according to its location and original character. After inspiration boards are approved, ordering spreadsheets are provided for contractors to follow, and any changes and additions with the team are managed. A multifamily living space is provided that is unlike any other, with unique design elements that enhance the character of the space. All communal spaces are made special and creative, providing something for everyone.
LANDSCAPING & Pool design
Spaces are transformed inside and out. Work with landscapers to create a design best fit for the building's character, and manage the install process.
